AM:  stiff, sore (choc milk recovery)
late AM-PM: soreness is increasing...over train is definite possibility
evening:  at the acrobatic show...legs becoming increasingly sore, wobbly to stand during show, difficulty walking home;

TOO MUCH...pull back on low impact days - T, R, St
PUSH water...not drinking enough
