Itchy, Rash on penis

I have a red, itchy rash on the shaft of my penis
I am a virgin, therefore have had no skin-to-skin contact to anyone and it could not be a STI
the rash is red, sore, itchy and sometimes weeps
I thought it may just be a heat rash, yet wearing loose fitting clothes has seemed to make no difference
what should I use to treat it? and what could it be?

have you asked your Dr? jock itch comes to mind? fungal infection moist undies sweating or swimming  dirty undies now some people get HSV on there hands and fingers so if you explored a BURNER persae i heard this on a TV show one time , you could of transmitted it to your penis? yup its possible? same with oral so have your dr do  a HSV I  & II  IGA IGE old or new outbreak, ZINC oxide cream might help otc hydorcortisone 1% walmart his jock itch cream  btw did you roll around in the grass and get poison ivy or sumac or parsnip? on you?  thats all i can think of  sorry

sounds like an allergic skin reaction. Have you changed the type of detergent used to wash your clothes? Are you using something other than water based lube? Are you washing regularly? If it doesn't clear up after that see a uroligist.
