Sleep
7pm to 6:30am, I think.
Fatigue
elevated. Coffee has done little to wake me up.
Pain
elevated. Elbow is a bit better, though I woke in the night with my left elbow, thumb, and first two fingers completely numb. Possibly I need additional braces. But the general Fibro pain is bad today throughout.
Allergies
6.3 on the pollen.com scale, grasses and chenopods. Nose is stuffy. Eating a lot of throat lozenges.
IBS
diarrhea all yesterday, constipation today. So annoying.
Headache
sinus headache this morning. Photophobia but little aura (not no aura).
Exercise
I haven't felt up to doing any real exercise in weeks. Last night I did a very little bit of PT (core work), but mostly I've just been doing light housework and calling it a win.
