For the last week I have had severe Diarrhea and stomach cramping.  I am about to start my period soon.  My ob/gyn thinks that the problems are related so I am having surgery on the 28th to TRY to figure out the cause.  I am having a hard time walking and sleeping and sitting. Severe pain in the left hip area and buttocks as well as front vaginal bladder area.
