Did some exercise today (walking up a mountain trail for ~35 minutes w/ boyfriend). It was difficult, my legs went to jelly and breathing was very painful and wheezy. I need to get fitter. Felt pretty good after going for the walk and everyone says that exercise will help make me feel good. I guess they're right but it's hard to get motivated/find the time. Even though I felt good after the walk, I still felt hollow and empty inside. Bleh.
