Hepititus C - genotype 1b

I have just been diagnosed with hepititus C genotype 1b and would like to know if anyone could tell me what type of systems I should look for.  I don't feel much difference in my health other than I am a little more tired than I use to be and my feet seem to bother a lot more painful than before.  Nothing I would be too concerned about normaly.  I've been trying to get information off the internet but I don't know what questions to ask or exactly WHAT it is I can do about this diagnosis.
