muscle twitching

I got 2 shots on Wednesday; the flu shot for the first time in my right arm and the HPV vaccine in my left. Within 10 minutes after receiving the HPV vaccine, I got woozy and suddenly got very hot quickly. The nurse was so kind; she fanned me off, gave me some water, and let me sit there for a while until the woozy feeling passed.
I was so nervous about getting the flu shot because I know a few people that have basically gotten the flu after getting it which sounds like it defeats the purpose of getting it. Well, I'm grateful that I did not get any flu symptoms. I do have one weird issue though. The muscles in my arm are twitching...in fact, my muscles are twitching randomly all over my body more often than usual, but most of it is localized to the arm that I got the flu shot in. I'm not sure if it's a coincidence or correlated to the shot. I can't seem to find any info on that ever happening!
