Today was okay I guess. I had to go to the ER last night because a had an allergic reaction to Lexapro. I have been sleeping much better at night, thanks to 25mg of Benadryl! I do feel that my sinuses are drying out from it though, so hopefully i will be able to sleep on my own without meds. Took a half of .25mg Xanax on Friday, but haven't needed any since then. I have therapy tomorrow, so I am looking forward to that. I have been told that I have Post Traumatic Stress Disorder I will get through this though!

Try taking 1/2 a benadryl. Its not so drying and it still works.
what were your symptoms of the allergic reaction to lexapro? How long did it last? I think I am having a reaction now.
