This meal was really filling. I need to think of eating more substantial foods for meals so that I don't have to go back to the fridge every 30min. I feel like I should be eating 5 small meals a day but I take that to an extreme. When i see 5 small meals a day I take 5 small meals and then like 20 small snacks and that's not the appropriate thing i should be doing. I need to plan my meals out more precisely so I don't over eat.
