i have a cyst and 2 pos preg tests BUT can the cyst effect my test?

well i have had my scan now and all she could find was a cyst on my right ovary. i still get alot of achey ness on the left and in the left groin not pain its a achey feeling.
ive had 2 poss tests now for preg tetsted wed came bk poss had hosp yesturday and she said to re test in a week or so, she didnt seam so possitve.
took another test today and that was poss the lines have been faint but poss,
am now wondering if ovrain cysts can effect the result of the test a fasle poss.
alothugh my breasts are hurting now espec my nipples they have been sore to touch since after ovulation.
my other concern is if i am preg is it eptopic i am a born worrier after the misscarriage i suffered in june i have alot of anxitey problems
