Last night in the sleep clinic was fine. No problems getting to sleep or getting up and I'm starting to feel more awake in the mornings instead of craving a bed. I also went to CBT today and spoke to my therapist about starting a behavioural activation diary again. I struggled with these before because I had no natural daytime to plan events around. But now I should manage much better.
