I hate having fibromylgia. I got it shortly after having a bad car wreck. I have not worked since 1998. I have trouble dealing with my symptoms. I have all 18 trigger points. I take 14 pills a day just to get by. I am in pain almost constantly. I havent had a good day in a long time.

The best thing to do is get up! I know its hard to get out of bed but your muscles have to get strong again or any moving you do is going to feel like you did hardcore exercise. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia after a car accident also and it was been really hard for me but I just keep working at it everyday. The pain pills dont take the pain away they just drug you up and help you relax but what you really need is to get slightly active. I find that moving around in a hot tub really helps! And feels great! And if you want to try and cuz back on the pills just use naproxin and a sleeping aid because I know how difficult it is to sleep when you hurt so much.Hope some of this helps!
