PVC



Today I woke and ate 1 apple, 20 almonds, 1/2c pecan flour, 1/2 banana, 1 egg, 1/4c real maple syrup, water.  1/2 of a crepe(white flour) w/ whipped cream
Took a nap and noticed a few pvcs--real minor.
Ate Taco Salad- 30 tortilla Chips, 1/2c hamburger, 1/4c salsa, 1/4 cup lettuce
4 wheat thins, 2TBSP cream cheese, a little jalepeno jelly, 1 whole breast of chicken, 1/2 cup marinara sauce, 1/4c parmesan cheese, 5 dilled green beans, apple juice, water
PVC FREE rest of the day!
