Headaches

sinus headachs are painful.  I know real well they are.
if doctor recommend u use nasal steroid he would have to write a perscription for it so u can
get it at the pharmacy.  These things do work to help,  also something calle "Ocean Spray" which
is a salt water / saline spray for washing out nostrels helps too. and for 3 day use "Afren" a over the
counter nose spray opens noses up so u can get the steroid spray up there.  good to wash nose with Ocean Spray first and then use Afren to open up nose and few hours later use steroid spray... anyway thats how I do it.  and it works.
