In November I was working late and got cold to the bone driving home I had the car heater full blast and seat warmer on. At one point had to stop because I was shaking and my teeth were chattering. One of my back teeth was sore went to dentist and had absessed tooth treated with antibiotics and had root canal. I have had repeat sessions in December, very cold to bone numbness in hands and arms can,t get warm. I had my physical in December and all looked good except me being a smoker and checking with pulmonologist..I had a very stress full week this New years wife in ER due to high blood surgery and they found a blocked artery on her and put in a stent. I was on my way up to see her when I got cold and tried to start my car but I was shaking uncontrolllably and teeth was chattering. I came in the house and turned up the heat and sat in front of the register..that didn't work so I got flannel on and got under electric blanket. After a hour or two I was better. Today got the chills again tried to get warm arms and hands numb tingling. Took a hot bath and after about 30 minutes I felt warm and started to sweat last hour or so been very warm almost hot. I am 50 year old male smoker and I am not on any medication.
What could this be???
