Getting Health Back on Track

high blood pressure



I need to get up earlier and start to exercise and start walking more.
Need to start eating smaller healthier meals and something small and healthy to snack on in between meals (fruit/ veggies).
Goal is to get down to 105 from 155.
The best thing to happen is getting off my cholesterol pills and blood pressure medication.
