Weight is fluctuating again.  I did give in a little last night at dinner. I had a slice of salted country ham, corn, green beans, and Rosemary red potatoes instead of the regular Lean Cuisine meal. I ate a serving size of everything.  However, my husband brought me an angel food cake and I devoured half of it before the night was over. It feels like I'm not eating anything when I eat angel food cake :-) Anyway.. a little disappointed in myself for not having that self control like I usually do but I am doing better this morning. I had a little piece of angel food cake and an Activia. The scales say I'm up two pounds. Really???  Two pounds for giving in one night? The weird thing is that I felt great after eating all that stuff. Probably a sugar rush lol.  I probably burnt off most of the calories playing with my son in the living room floor. It gave me such a boost of energy and I slept better than I have in a few weeks. I know I can't let one night knock me off the horse. I have to keep it up if I'm going to be a size 8 by our anniversary. Hopefully my weight will be back down by in the morning or the next few days.

Hope everyone is doing well. -Mary
