As long as I watch my activity level and wear my orthotics, suportive shoes and/or high top sneakers, my pain is managed ok at tolerable levels. If I overdo and strain the tendon/ankle it hurts dearly for days afterwards so it has become a quality of life / balancing act which with the help of Mobic anti-inflammatories and acceptance has become okay to deal with on a daily basis.
The Pain Tracker will really be able to help me track my levels of pain and activity to show my Orthopedist.
