On the 10th Jan 2012 i had to go and have my eyes tested they said it is a routine check wen you are a diabetic , they had to put some drops in my eyes so the could take a photograph off the back off my eyes. so i am waiting for the results of this.
then same day 10th Jan 2012 i had to go and see my diabetic Doctor and nurse , he wanted to do a telephone consultation with me on the 16th Jan 2012 with the results off my blood sugars .
Today is the 16th Jan2012 my doctor rung me 11.00am told me my blood sugars have gone up again :( so he has given me metformin 500mg, also my chlorestrol is up and my blood pressure is up to :( so he has put me on tablets for that to.
He also wants me to lose 10lb by 3months has he really wants me to lose weight plus so do i really so im hopeing i can do it . I really need to find a gym has my gym shut down in november 2011 :(
