Pain in lower back all weekend below my abdomen

Hy everyone I went camping all weekend and I did not sleep right,I had a sore back it was so painfull++++,Plus I had pain in the lower abdomen specially after eating want does it mean it as been 3 week's now that I had that kind of pain.I was suppose to see my Dietition last Thusrday but I could not go at all I did not have any ride,so I had to cancel again.GTG now By the way I'm going to see MOM and Dad for 2 day's 1/2 maybe 3.I will give u more new's ok Carmelle
