im starting to do a work out dvd trying to do it 3x aweek see if it will help me lose some weight

over the past yr ive tried a couple. i jus got a new walking dvd that has one mile, two mile, three mile & four mile workout-not as boring as it sounds, lol . im excited to try it. ill let u know how it goes, my friend swears by it. its by a leslie sumthing or another. it was 12.99 in target. way cheaper them gym membership-lol
