Im not to much in to the journal thing but hey why not right? This is mostly for me to try to keep a set mind on how my weight loss is going. I know ive been doing this on and off but i have at least while not really focused on a diet planner ive at most did what i could to not gain weight. To be completely honest i dont feel a huge urge like most others do to lose weight. If anything the only reason i go to the gym is cause i want to spend time with my friend. There is no me thinking " I want to weigh close to nothing and fit into that size 2 pair of pants" My only reason for saying i need to change me eating habits is cause i want to be a better me. I feel great about myself but i know that i can feel better and i dont want to get the occasional uneasy feel i get about how i look.
