I'm sorry to hear about your Mom. You said she was life flighted out. Is she very far away or can you go to the hospital to be with her? It's so hard to wait for information. Please let us know when you hear more. And if you have questions, I might be able to help a little (I have a wacky heart and my Dad had 4 heart attacks). Plus there's always the heart disease forum here at MedHelp. Hope your Mom recovers quickly.  Irene

Thank you so much for all the prayers and well wishes....I just got back from hospital they still have her in the Critical Care Unit...But her spirits were really good.  She had a heart attack 9 years ago and had 4 stents put in.  This time was the major artery on the right side of heart which was 99% blocked they put two stents in.   I needed to come home to sleep I was home this morning long enough to shower and change clothes.   So I have been up since 6:00 A.M. Tuesday....Really need to get some rest....I will write more later.

You ladies are wonderful.....Thank you again.

Dawlyn, I just want you to know that I am thinking of you and your mom.  I pray that she has a full, quick recovery.  I hope you get the rest you need so you can be there when your mom will need you.  Take care of yourself, you do not need to get down sick.  Please keep us posted on your mom's condition.

    Please know that you and your mom both are in my prayers. I am so sorry this has happened, and I know that you will want to be there for her, but make sure that you also take care of yourself. You be sure to get plenty of sleep before going back.

To all of you.....Thank you so much for the prayers for my Mom....She was able to come home from the hospital today, which is also her Birthday.....We thank God, that we were able to get her to our small town hospital and that they were able to get her life flighted.  This heart attack was really scary....The first one she stayed home and called me the next morning this one she says was 10 times worse.  I will assume it was because it involved a major artery.  She also had less complications from the heart catherization this time.  

I have four sisters and we needed to take turns seeing her the first two days she was in critical care unit and they wanted limited visitation time and number of people.  I have a pretty large family.  So it was easier for us to take shifts.

My oldest son came home for a planned visit this weekend for Fall break.  I have not seen him for a couple of months so with Mom getting home from Hospital today and Son coming home yesterday.  I have had a great weekend.  I am pretty tired, but it is a good tired.

Now is my turn to get to doctors, this week I go back to doctor Monday to see why I am still dizzy. Also need to go for consultation for colonscopy this Thursday.  I have blood issue there.  I am praying not serious.  

I better go, thanks again for all your prayers and listening to me.
