SO I had my 1st at 830am, no sweat i had to fast 8hrs before and obviously that was easy cuz i was sleeping...Mom and I waited at Tim's for a few hours till my next one at 12;30pm, and I drank 2 lrg teas and went pee once after those. At 11am I had to drink 2 500ml bottles of water and was suposed to be done by 1130, but I could barely finish the last one and I had to pee so badly i cheated and went a bit before my ultrasound. Anyway as i had to hold my pee I started getting my tell-tale urinary tract infection symptoms, my back on the left side ached and ached and I felt very faint and weak and in pain. I couldnt sit still at all. Anyway I went in and the ultrasound this time was pelvic, and she asked me to empty my bladder halfway through and I thought I did, but she said afterwards it was still very full, which I thought was odd cuz i had no urge to pee at all left..(But 30min later I did) Anyway, the tech couldnt tell me anything but she did the ultrasound slightly different on my left side, she had to go farther up my back and stuff and when I looked at the last picture she had taken oof my kidney, I saw all these white spots, 5 or so of them. Now I cant read ultrasound but it freaked me out a bit, she didnt say anything was wrong but shes not allowed to anyway, and all she said was that I was very tiny lol. The pain from holding my pee lasted all last night and only now I feel it gone (its 430pm wed) I think that when I overload my body with fluids, it backs up into my kidneys maybe or something? My bfs mom said she had to get her bladder lifted cuz she couldnt empty it properly and I suspect I may have something similar, as it does feel hard to empty sometimes. I just dont know, and I want to find out. ugh.
