I'm going to start trying a 1200 calorie diet plan. I am excited about it. It might take a while to get to 115 but who knows maybe it wont. Either way, I am still going to have a great out look. I know that this is healthy. Way more healthy than eating only 500. Plus, this seems more reasonable. Ill try this out for 2 weeks and if I don't like this, I'm going to make advisements according to how I feel afterward. :)
