oct 16 seeing obgyn for 911 visit was up at 3:30 am with abdominal pain LLQ and nausea  , r/o diverticulosis flare up or ovarian cyst/mass seeing cancer gyno  Dr 11/10  but surgery maybe now instead of later?  never a dull moment

Hi there -

When they do the surgery, it might end up being what is called a chocolate cyst.  Its a blood filled cyst that is very common with endometriosis.  I had one years ago, and they thought I had cancer, too, until they did the surgery.

You know I thought I had Diverticulitis when it turned out to be ovarian cyst.. I never knew how very close those organs are together.. Hope you feel better soon.. Oh... you might also post on general cyst forum too since a lot of folks read the gen. forum more often..

hi, so far this pain is gone, if this cyst broke i hope it wasn't ca? waitin on blood test results CBC , today, i popped 3 metamucil capsules and ate cream of rice and my bloating pain is gone, what an adventure wonder if my food intolerence ,  got me up at 3:30a? and i'm being careful but all those preservatives who knows! ? i took the flu shot being prepared arm feels ok achy , my mom took shot and was in bed achy body?
