ovarian check up 911

well the on call obgyn pushed on my flubber belly and it hurts all over the place, he said that feels ok to him? painful flubber don't feel ok to me, well then he did his internal and said it seems ok  when are you seeing the gyn/onoc and i  said 11/10  he said well i am going to do a CBC  and see whats up and will send this on to the ca gyno , well i cornered my friend whos an U/S specialist and xray tech and she said it could have broke and thats why you see the jagged edges you leaked blood she said i would stay on topp of this but your ca125 seems ok to me? so  i had a hyste when  dx with adenomyosis  never had endometriosis , i grew cyst alot and they took out my rt ovary and my left was always good and my obgyn said in june he was ok with it being a pea sz but this grape size in 3 mos he dint' like? no fever just lots of cramps like a period pain i just ate at 4 pm from this morning and i dumped everthing , so maybe its a celiac wheat intolerance flare up ? eatting something my body hates? i ate alot of mixed nuts so maybe my diverticulosis don't like nuts? who knows with me I'm a full house of cards and tricks , drs work for there money when i see them , i am complex patient they said, I need lots of TLC
