In our regular series of lower abdominal strength this exercise reaches a new heigh of strength: When you apply weight resistance to a specific muscle group you are requiring more muscle fibers recruited in each movement contributing to faster definition and immediate strength.
From a lying down position get a dumbbell and place it on top of your chest with both elbows open to the sides, then crunch lifting your body up very slightly but enough to feel the crunch in your lower abs. You can see a FREE VIDEO of this exercise copy and paste
