I never had trouble with weight until I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. And with the pain becoming so much worse after working out at the gym, I gave that up. And the drugs for fighting the symptoms, they put the weight on, too. I have tried exercise, yoga, and walking. I am always thrown into an episode of pain. So I usually don't make it passed the 3rd day. Finding this Google app has given me some hope of pushing through and passed the pain. It will give me the visuals that should help me persevere.
