A steep hill behind my house lies at about a 45 degree pitch plus there are irregular steps that complete the last quarter of the incline. At the bottom of the hill there is a creek. I walked fast (the steps are my neighbor's and I didn't have their permission) down the hill to the creek where my daughter let her basketball take a dip from my driveway atop the hill. Part of my exercise was, then, to leap across the creek twice to position my body with legs outstretched while bending my torso down to the level of my feet to retrieve the ball. I walked fast and trotted back up the hill. My daughter was happy but she didn't want to play basketball anymore. I was winded to the point where I stopped to lean against something until I recovered (it took some 5 min.).
