Help

Imon here and want to ask a question. I dont want to pay 20 bucks to get my questned ask though. Ive been suffering with eczema for 19 years, I have had eczema on the backs of my legs, on foot, arms, and the worst was my hands, My hads were very bad, Its embarrising, But i went to the Derma and they gave me a really good ointment that was a life saver and made me more happeir then ever, it was Venos, and my hand eczema finally went away. it was actually gone, The only thing that comes back once in a blue moon, is my foot on the side and now ive notcied a new spot , MY arm pit, its not inside but its next to it. A small annoying itchy patch. I cant stand eczema., its ruining my life. I now have it in my privates, And this is a total nightmare. I wake up to it, go to bed to it ,.NOn stop itching, Skratching, Weeping, Torn and red area on both sides of my vagainal lips,its so bad I have to hold my pee , intill I take a shower at night. It sometimes is so bad It burns to be, The eczema , well I know its eczema peels, flakes, and is extreamly dry in the moring. When I wake up its almost heald, but at night the cycle starts all over again. I cant take it, I just want to shoot myself. Not that way but in that way. Lol. The itching is extreamly not livable, This is Totally Embarrising. ANd i dont wanna go to the doctor, bc its so stupid and gross., Im 99.9% sure this is Atopic eczema, or eczema dermitisis, and its killing me physiacally and mentally. I cant take it. HELP..
