11-06 Brain MRI .7 Tesla
'NORMAL except 2 subaceous cysts'

1-2008  Brain MRI  3.o Tesla
"The ventricular and cisternal spaces are normal for age.  Ten to fifteen tiny foci of signal abnornality are seen predominately in the juxtacortical white matter. Several lie in the deeper parietal white matter. No lesions are seen adjacent to the ventricles or within the corpus collosum. No abnormal enhancement or intracranial mass is seen.

The paranasal sinuses, mastoid air cells and middle ear cavities are clear.

IMPRESSION: Multiple tiny foci of signal abnormalty in the juxtacortical white matter of the parietal lobes represent a on-specific finding which could indicate early small vessel occlusive disease. The pattern of distribution is not classic for a demylelinating disorder.

The remainder of the study is unremarkable."
