Walking difficult/Vision problems

Vision problems

Woke up and feet and legs hurt.  Walking very painful.  arms and leg muscles extremely weak.
Numbness/tingling hands and feet.
Family stress; right side abdominal pain; face swelling, esp right side--so much so that I have to slacken my jaw.  Tremors--jaw comes down bites my lip or tongue.  electrical charges up back of left side of neck.  vaginal drip;   Pain right side upper r quadrant radiating up to r shoulder.  Pain back/shoulder area.  Evening low grade fever 99.6.  swelling greater in toes and fingers.  Lips swelling in pm.  Vision blurry/double vision?
