New weight and fitness goals

I would like to get down to 65 kg.  Optimal in the next 12 months.  Will set new goals.  Would also like to start running again (body allowing) and have already started swimming.  Am up to 800 m session and will get up to 1000 m regular sessions - at least 4 times a week.
