Started recording food intake. May not be very accurate but better than nothing. I can't be bothered with constantly looking up the calorie content of every item of food I eat but as long as I know roughly how much I've eaten every day I should be able to keep it up. Been stuck around this weight for the last few weeks, but the weather has been so bad for the whole of April that I haven't been bothered to go out on my bike as it's been too cold and wet. Vaguely hoping that May's weather might be a bit warmer and hopefully a bit drier but am going to go out walking if it's too bad to go out on my bike.
