Not a good weekend emotionally, so enjoyed some quality time with my children to refocus. Enjoyed breakfast at friendlys with icecream for 'lunch', seafood with butter and cheese, dinner at Fridays, walks down the waterfront eating ice cream.
Now it's back to business and only sacrificed a pound. Monday was my first day back to the eating plan and its like my metabolism quickly jumps back into action - hard to explain. But my body knows what to do and just needed a 'okay back to it'.....love this plan!
