bladder

i was wondering if anyone has dealt with bladder polyps. My 5 old daughter has had a uti since dec 25th.she is in alot of pain and bleeding. we fond out 2 weeks ago that she has a bladder polyp and reflux so if anyone can shed some light i would greatly appreciated it thanks
