typo

i have a typo in my first post.its pica that i am dealing with.i had to raise my meds back up to thier suggested amount.i can totally feel the difference.i have fallen a little behind or fallen off the wagon. i have picked up several stones since returning from vaction and have followed thru on chewing.i have also found myselfd throwing the rock away instead of keeping it for later.its progress.i get to see my doc in a week and a half.it should be an ok visit.i wonder if anyone else reads this.
