My Period Is 3 almost 4 days late, took a home ept pregnacny test

well my period was suppose to be on Feb. 1st 2008, like it was on Jan 1st 2008. Im never late, but sometimes 1 or 2  days early, never late though. So this morning, at 4:30 am, i took an ept pregnancy test, and it showed negitive. I was wondering what should i do?...and how long before i go see the doctor and take a Blood Test?...how long should i wait?...maybe a week or so?...Ive been getting mild cramps in my back, and i feel a little bloated, and it has keep me on my feet going to the bathroom every hour or so thinking im going to start my period, but i havent yet..! so please if any one could give me any advice, please reply back to this message. Id really appericate it.

I am the same way as u...i had  my last period jan1 2008 and  i was spouse to get it on feb 1 and i took at test and  it showed negitive and i also been have  signs

I LIKE THAT TOO I WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE MINE MARCH 38 LIKE I DID FEB. 28 BUT NOTHING AND IM GETTING NEGATIVE RESULTS. A NURSE AT MY LOCAL HEALTH UNIT TOLD ME TO WAIT A WEEK AND COME TAKE A TEST
