10-15 % Ejection Fraction

My Mom is 68 and has a low Ejectin fraction of 10-15%.She just had her second heart cath last Friday and it was still the same.She has mild blockage.She also has 3 leaking valves.She's on Lasix 40 mg,Lanoxin 0.125,Quapril 40 mg,pot chlorid 8 meq cr,levothyroxin 100 mg,premarin 0.625 macro bid 100 mg,carvedilol 6.25 mg,econtrin 325 mg,b-12,viamin a&d,Vitimain e.They jst switched her to some of these meds a week ago.How long does it take them to work.Should she be scheduled for another echo cardigram?How long can a person live with the Ejection fraction being this low?What can increase her Ejection fraction?
