On October 22 I finally had my SSDI Hearing in Cleveland, Ohio. I opted for the video conference method. My attorney was with me so I was not too nervous.

I have not been able to work since July 2005 and I applied for SSDI in December 2006 (hoping for the best healthwise but planning for the worst). The major symptoms that were focused on during the hearing were the severe, constant headaches and the seizures and fatigue.

I was told the hearing would last about 45 minutes but the judge made a ruling in 15 minutes and ruled that I am unable to work in any vocation at this time. I was in shock because I had been denied twice and trudged through the appeal process twice and had no idea what would happen the day of the hearing.

I am not happy about my current condition(s) but I am glad that someone finally heard my plea for help!

An answer to many prayers ... for sure ...
