I am struggling somuch lately with trying to go to bed and actually get some very needed rest. I was diagnosed this year with PCOS and with Hypothyroidism. Both of which can cause sleeplessness.....I'm screwed. Thankfully, I have meds now for my thyroid as well so I am hoping at some time they will kick in and I'll fall asleep....hopefully not when I'm driving of course. Ok, I'm done venting.
