hello i also had a findings of dextroscoliosis, i'm 27 right now.i found out when i was having my Physical exam, X-Ray apparatus when i was 26..as per Our company Doctor's advised, 2-3 glasses of milk every day would help much, to strengthen the bones and most of all, exercises that are bests in back moves to build the tissues at it.do not carry heavy Load.

hope you get something from it...

I'm Berna 47 years old.
I am suffering from back pain since I was 30 years old. I've just done x-ray 2 days ago and was diagnosed to have dextroscoliosis of the thoraco-lumbar spine. Please advise what sorts of exercise or medical treatment should I take?

Thank you so much....

hi,

I'm Renee and I have been diagnosed with mild dextroscoliosis (less than 10 degrees curvarture) 8 months ago and I'm 29. I have been having neck pains and numbness in my right arm, back and leg. Lately, I've been experiencing these severe headaches and nausea. 2 orthopedic doctors have advised me that it is of utmost importance for me to do regular exercise which concentrates on strengthening my back. this will ease the pain and prevent experiencing them in the future. I have not been doing exercise for a month now which I think caused these pains and headaches.

My advise to everyone with dextrosxoliosis is to do constant exercise and regular swimming if possible, which I intend to do in a couple of days, drink milk everyday and supplements/vitamins with calcium to inhibit further development to osteoporosis.

I am jody, 17 years old, im having a dextroscoliosis too, I am advising everyone to consult a doctor for it. And as Christian born again, I am relying in God's Grace, and just believe that God has done all at the cross, always pray and be thankful to God,believe that we are healed by the stripes of God.Now, I'm doing an exercise, advised by my doctor, God bless to ol of you.
