neuropathy

In 1994 I was misdiagnosed with "probable" MS.  Had, and still have all the classic sensory motor symptoms.  In 2004, a repeat MRI was done and I was rediagnosed, after a very thorough Nerve Conduction Test, which indicated I have Predominate Sensory Neuropathy with demyelinating and axonal features.  The MRI showed 5 Deep White Matter Signal Abnormalities (not on MRI in 1994) that do not enhance.  I now have Moderate lumbar spondylosis.  I
just had a CT of head as I have had a dull, throbbing headache for about 5 weeks.  All  I am being told about the lesions is that my brain isn't normal.  Is this right to tell a patient???
