im feeling alot better today, went to work and had some tasks to take my mind off some things that have been stressing me out lately. the anxiety was alot better.
im very new at this. its amazing how quickly your body can go from one extreme to the other, when you have alot on your plate. but i've been through worse so i know i can get through this.
