attacks after being attacked by a yard duty!!!

on january 25, before my birthday january 26 i was at school and it was a normal school day and everything was fine i was breathing normaly, walking normaly, everything was fine, my body was in good condition. until lunch time came around. it was a bout 5 min into my lunch and i was eating my lunch and chit chating with my friends, then  my friend threw an orange peel my way and it just happened to land on the floor, so then i went to go pick it up and as i was throwing  the peels away this yard duty gave me a dirty look. then i returned to my seat. and right when i sat down a yard duty grabbed my arm and jerked my to twist me around. then when she did that i was very startled then the yard duty was yelling in my ear and i told her that i had an ear infection to please lower her vioce, then she grabed my hand and smacked it against the table. after that happened i complained about it and i thought that was the end, but ever since that happened ive had seizures, and my vision kept going blurry, my hearing was going away, and worst of all my legs and arms stoped working and i couldn't move. and i would get these major  headaches lots of dizzy spellls, this maid me very scared. then at the doctors office, th doctor said i needed a mri, because i had all the symptoms of a brain tumor on the cerebellum,and the brain stem, knowing i can go into comma any time is pretty scary!!! so please help me understand the situation,and learn more about brain tumors and cancer!!
