UGGH why is the time draggin by so slooooooow?

Well I'm 14 wks 5 days today and it seems like it's BEEN forever and it's going to BE forever before I can find out the sex.  I don't know why i'm so DESPERATE to hurry up and find out.  I have my 2nd OB appt this wednesday (i'll be 15wks1day) so hopefully I'll get to go ahead and schedule my anatomy scan and hopefully it won't be too far in the future...unfortunately with my luck the doc will prolly want to wait until 20 - 24 weeks .  I also want to ask about the 3d/4d ultrasounds, i believe my doc office does them.  

Patience definately is NOT one of my strong points.
