June 2007 - I had ankle surgery. I am having problems with the healing process. The doctor (podiatrist) says all though the fusion seems to be 100%, the bone density doesn't appear to be as dense as he would like ti to be. This after, exrays that show the fusion material to be shaded much lighter than regular bone adjacent to the fusion. My ? is, Is there a suppliment that will promote more density to the fusion material?
