Took my dogs out to the lake. Beautiful day, sunny warm for february. They like to swim and run. I had to get motivated , but diid it, and as always when doing something that is good, even if it's hard to get going, I feel so much better and have happy wet doggies.
I look better too,hope I start doing this regularly again, I need the excercise and fresh air. . Overcoming stagnant energy is sooo important.
