How long do these symptoms last??

I haven't had a pill since Thursday. This is my 5th day. I have had cold sweats, chills, a booming headache that I still have and incredible pain. Im not as edgy today...but just how long do these flu symptoms last?? The aches, lightheadedness, nausea, diarhea. I am sooo tired....I have absolutely NO energy...I don't know how long I can do this...I need energy....I need some help!!

You are doing great! Just remember it is going to get better. You can do it. The worst is over. It helps me get ready to do it it too. Seeing you do it!
